We do more than you can see

In many cases, our work only begins in earnest after notarisation. We handle all correspondence with the courts and authorities, taking every necessary step to ensure your matter is dealt with reliably and quickly. This is particularly true of real estate transactions: we obtain the necessary declarations, monitor payment of the purchase price and arrange for the buyer to be entered in the "Grundbuch" (land register). When a company is established, we ensure it is entered in the "Handelsregister" (commercial register). Once a will has been drawn up, we arrange for it to be entered in the "Zentrales Testamentsregister" (central register of wills) and place the document in the safe custody of the local court. By coming to us, you can rest assured that the next steps are taken care of.
